Farm Lodge Country House Hotel – Rosemary Plain
Farm Lodge was originally an East India Company Planter’s House, built circa 1670. It is situated at a height of 1,500 feet and have 12 acres of gardens. There are two small coffee plantations, lawns, a walled fruit and vegetable garden, four acres of sheep grazing land, ponds and a hidden valley.
Owned by Stephen Biggs and Maureen Jonas, the House is semi self-sufficient with chickens and sheep, vegetables and fruit. Most of their produce, organically grown, is destined for the hotel dining room table.
Farm Lodge consists of a veranda, entrance hall, lounge and dining room.
Three guest rooms upstairs.
Two garden rooms on the ground floor.
All five rooms are en suite.

Consulate Boutique Hotel – Main Street, Jamestown.
A mid-18th century building with old colonial wrought iron balconies, the Consulate Boutique Hotel provides comfortable and relaxing accommodation in the centre of Jamestown. Providing a ‘Home from Home’ from which to explore the unique island of St Helena.
The Hotel has:
- 8 double and 8 twin rooms, all en suite with shower, except one which has a bath.
- Continental and full English breakfast is included and served at 7.30-9.30am unless otherwise pre-arranged.
- The Consulate is not wheelchair friendly.
Hotel amenities include:
Public bar, coffee shop, restaurant, lounges, library, laundry, TV, Wi-Fi, gardens and a large covered courtyard with fireplace.
There is a concierge service who can arrange airport and other island transfers, excursions, activities and advice on all aspects of St Helena to make guests’ visits memorable.
Standard Rates are £150 per person, per night for single occupancy and £200 for a couple with a double room. Long stay rates are negotiable and there are flexible packages for groups and out of season.
